Content:
FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) is a structured and systematic analysis method used together with you to:

• recognise potential failures (and their effects) of a product or process
• define the necessary actions to eliminate those failures, reduce the effects and to prevent or detect their causes
• document the design process

Duration:
Process (preparation & development) incl. 2-day workshop Result:
Under supervision of a multidisciplinary team the opportunities, discoveries and consequences of a possible failure are assessed. The workshop results in a number of initiatives that are targeted to:

• eliminate the failure or
• reduce the chance of occurrence or
• increase the chance of detection
